POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• Responsible for providing assistance to end-users in a timely and accurate fashion. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing (troubleshooting problem areas), repairing, maintaining and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance
• Matric
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+ would be advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in desktop and server support
• Own car and driver’s license
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Good command of the English Language
