SUMMARY:
MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY - WORKING HOURS - 07:00 - 19:00 (Monday to Friday) and every alternative weekend. This company deals in construction contracts and during their project periods, these hours are non negotiable. SALARY R20 000 per month + overtime

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

National Diploma in Cost Accounting or studying
Ability to work shifts and weekends as specified
Experience on MS Excel, SAP, Pastel and Sage
Updating of project transfer register/schedules +/- 100 per day
Transfer of data from SAP system to various Cost reports
Updating of vendor data sheets
Follow up on outstanding invoices, capturing of data for cash flow purposes
Updating and tracking of Project Specific PDN’s, CFR’s and their respective registers
Cost verification for internal funds transfers
Document filing management
Document and electronic filing management on company document management system (eB)
