JUNIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY NEEDED - PRETORIA

SALARY - R15 000 ctc, negotiable depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric is essential with a tertiary qualification being beneficial
At least 2 years experience as a Transfer Secretary
Must be able to request rates clearance figures, levy & HOA figures and guarantees from bond attorneys
Draft transfer documents
Manage registration finances
Be able to run approximately 20 transfer files
Must be able to work under supervision and assist the Conveyancer
Be a team player and willing to learn
