SUMMARY:
JUNIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY NEEDED - PRETORIA

SALARY - R15 000 ctc, negotiable depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric is essential with a tertiary qualification being beneficial
  • At least 2 years experience as a Transfer Secretary
  • Must be able to request rates clearance figures, levy & HOA figures and guarantees from bond attorneys
  • Draft transfer documents
  • Manage registration finances
  • Be able to run approximately 20 transfer files
  • Must be able to work under supervision and assist the Conveyancer
  • Be a team player and willing to learn
