SUMMARY:
Our client requires and experienced person to perform the full function of Buying of Fluid Control Products. The ideal candidate must have recent experience buying and sourcing of retail pumps and irrigation fittings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Grade 12 / equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years experience purchasing of retail pumps and irrigation fittings buying is essential.
Able to source pumps, water pipe and irrigation fittings
Computer literate – advanced experience on Excel, Syspro or SAP
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Attention to detail
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Innovative with a focus on feedback
Deal with all Branch queries.
Reside close to Pretoria North
Have reliable transport
A stable work record and have contactable references

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ordering of stock
Checking of stock levels
Update and maintain price lists
Checking of incoming stock
Placing of orders and following up
Monitor daily purchase reports
Control stock items
Liaising with Suppliers
Deal with queries
