JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Dentistry Practice in Lyttelton, Centurion requires a junior admin assistant. This practice is moving to Elarduspark in the near future and you must be willing to work in both areas. The ideal candidate will be a young vibrant individual (23 - 27) with exceptional administration, organisational and communication skills (written and verbal). This role requires a fully bilingual individual (English and Afrikaans). You must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). You must be willing to learn and need to be able to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate must be professional, sophisticated, people-oriented, highly organised, and meticulous. You need to be task-orientated with a friendly and relaxed demeanour.

Hours 8:00-13:00 Monday - Friday - Alternate Saturdays

R4500 - 6000 per month

Requirements

Grade 12
Fluent English and Afrikaans
Drivers License and reliable vehicle
Computer literate
Great communication skills
Excellent Administration abilites
Willing to learn
