5 star boutique hotel in Cape Town

Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced hotel manager to oversee the full running of a luxury 5 star 22 roomed hotel.

This position requires someone with strong leadership abilities, a hands-on approach, and a keen ability to manage various departments, including Reservations, Reception, Grounds, and Housekeeping.

Candidate must have had experience overseeing a 5 star boutique hotel

Qualifications

Hotel Management Diploma

Skills

At least 5 years experience in similar role within 5 star boutique hotel
Excellent personality, especially in guest-facing roles, with a passion for hosting, organizing, and providing outstanding service
Strong team leader with the ability to effectively manage staff
Experience in high-end hotel management, preferably at a 5-star level
Must be comfortable working independently and in a hands-on capacity
This is a live out position and candidate needs to be based in Cape Town
