Design
Development
Project Management
Data Processing
Problem Solving
Producing drawings from designs.
Performing full lifecycle product development.
Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods.
The development of manufacturing methods, labour utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
Supply and Development Chain Improvement.
Work with customers and management to develop standards for design and production.
Project Management
Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety.
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services. Determine how to manufacture parts or products, or deliver services, with maximum efficiency. Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards. Create and implement best practice standards. Analyse statistical data & product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability objectives of finished products. Application of statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards and to coordinate quality control objectives. Confer with clients about product specifications, management personnel about manufacturing capabilities, and staff about the status of projects. Data Processing
