Ensure effective JDE system support
Maintain User access and security
Maintain Menu changes and security
Document all changes to JD Edwards software
Document all upgrades to JD Edwards software
Liaise with Business Analysts regarding Report writing, Problem solving and Queries
Liaise with External Consultants and Auditors
Liaise with ICT Facilities Manager on a problem related basis for routine maintenance
Ensure planning is in accordance to ICT Policies
Ensure planning is directly linked to ICT Policy deadlines determined by urgency and priority
