Minimum Requirements:

-Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency (Afrikaans proficiency preferred)

-2 to 3 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary in attending to Property Transfers at a law firm a must

-Computer literate in Lexis Convey

-Stable employment record

-Contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Drafting of Property Transfers documents

-Related Conveyancing administration and secretarial duties

-Client liaison

-Drafting of relevant legal documents

Salary: R 12 000.00 - R 15 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience)
