SUMMARY:
Our client a well established dealership is seeking the services of a New and Used Invoicing Clerk / Stock Controller. ( only candidates with experience in the motor industry will be short listed.)

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and with extreme accuracy.
Minimum of 4 years experience as an Invoicing clerk (must be experienced in the motor industry) is non negotiable.

Duties:

Processing of orders & supplier invoices
Manage Vehicle Stock
General administrative filing
Floorplan Management & reconciliation
Management of Parts accounts from orders to Sales Ledger processing
Dealer transfers & invoicing
Sales invoicing
Stock take Management & reconciliation
Correct write back provisions on vehicles
Management & updating of Demo units
Natis requests on settlements
Dealer & Customer queries
