SUMMARY:

Our Client based in Germiston is urgently seeking a, reliable, deadline driven, Invoicing Clerk with knowledge of Pastel, high attention to detail, strong administrative skills and work well under pressure.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

1 Years’ invoicing experience.
Knowledge of Pastel.
Strong administration skills.
Computer literate, Advanced Excel experience required.
Good communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Deadline driven.
Work well under pressure.

Candidate will be responsible for:

Invoicing of orders once complete.
Sending out invoices to clients.
Communicate with clients regarding orders, backorders, and any client issues.
Resolve any client queries and or complaints.
Data capturing.
Assisting with general office administration when needed.
