SUMMARY:

Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking an Invoicing Clerk to join their company in Fourways. Invoicing clerks perform various activities to support the company's accounting, purchasing and sales departments.

POSITION INFO:

Position: Invoicing Clerk
Location: Fourways, Sandton
Salary Range: R 16 000.00 – R 20 000.00

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Assisting various sales, purchasing and finance departments with billing processes
Update customer records
Track expenses
Handle incoming customer calls
Issue of invoices and credit where due

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Matric
3 years experience in similar department
Strong analytical abilities relating to finance
