SUMMARY:
Our Client is urgently seeking a, reliable, deadline driven, Invoicing Clerk with high attention to detail and strong administrative skills. The individual must work well under pressure and willing to work alternative weekends.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Matric.
Relevant tertiary qualification.
3 Years’ invoicing experience.
Strong administration skills.
Computer literate, Advanced Excel experience required.
Good Communication skills.
Understanding of basic accounting.
High Attention to detail.
Deadline driven.
Work well under pressure.
Willing to work alternative weekends.

Candidate will be responsible for:

Print and capture orders.
Generation of delivery notes.
Invoicing of orders once complete.
Sending out invoices to clients.
Communicate with clients regrading orders, back orders, and any client issues.
Resolve any client queries and or complaints.
Creation of purchase orders.
Data capturing.
Assisting with general office administration when needed.
