Invoice Clerks x 2

Our client, a well-established FMCG distribution company who is located in North Riding is currently seeking for

2 x Invoice Clerks to join their growing Team.

We are looking for 2 x diligent invoice clerk’s who will be responsible for:

• Capturing and processing of orders on Pastel Evolutions
• Manually capturing telephonic orders / Telesales
• Ensuring accounts are aware of outstanding monies so money can be collected
• Routing of orders and ensuring all orders done are routed and loaded for delivery
• Applying of deals and ensuring all orders processed are accurate .

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday (start time 07:00 am – 16:00 pm or 8am – 17:00 pm)

Minimum Requirements:

• Must stay in and around JHB North area.
• Previous experience as an invoice clerk or in general accounting is preferred.
• Working knowledge of accounting software, such as Pastel Evolution
