JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure accuracy and correct coding
Capture daily invoices
Assist the sales department with enquires
Maintain invoice and credit note files
Assist with Month-end cut off process
Printing and saving daily and monthly reports
Ad hoc tasks as required
Filing of returned POPODs

Skills & Experience:
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Organised and friendly individual
Experience with invoices and sales
Ability to adapt to ad hoc duties

Qualification:
Matric certificate non-negotiable
