SUMMARY:
One of the countryÃ¢Â€Â™s top investment fund managerÃ¢Â€Â™s is seeking a dynamic Investment Administrator to join their diverse team. The Investment Administrator will be responsible for building out the secretarial function within an entrepreneurial business, business development and assisting with administrative tasks in certain areas of business on an ad hoc basis.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

3-5 year’s relevant work experience essential
Good knowledge of and experience with the Companies Act and Regulations is essential
Excellent MS Office skills
Mathematical knowledge, basic arithmetic, and finance (interest etc.)
Problem-solving skills
Relevant degree/diploma advantageous
Professional membership with secretarial body advantageous
Experience skills with tax adv. but not mandatory

Key Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

The Investment Administrator’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:

Overseeing delivery to clients
Client liaison and stakeholder management
Assistance with drafting resolutions and documents in line with legislation and specific governance requirements
Submissions to CIPC and regulators (FSCA, SARS etc.)
Keeping abreast with legislation and impact on the business and clients
Records Management
Planning
