A great opportunity as an International Recruitment Consultant has opened up at Network Recruitment. The role is aimed at an experienced recruiter with international recruitment experience (dealing with clients in Africa, ,Europe and Asia)

POSITION INFO:

Network Recruitment is one of the leading recruitment companies in Africa and will consider candidates for the opportunity that meet the requirements below:

Degree
2 years or more experience in recruitment with a focus on recruiting in international markets
Business Development (Growing and developing new business)
Successful track record of achievements and meeting targets
Client management

Duties in the role:

Cold calling and business development
Qualifying and managing client specs or/and expectations
Sourcing and headhunting
Interviewing and screening of possible candidates
Market research (identifying business partners abroad)
Managing the full 360 recruitment function
