SUMMARY:
We are a market leader in the Product and Services industry and we are looking for Sales Consultants to join our International sales division to promote our products in our Umhlanga office. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their career while earning uncapped commission.
POSITION INFO:
The Requirements
At least 6 months experience in a contact centre (outbound or inbound campaigns)
Well-spoken English and excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
Good interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
Computer literate using a keyboard & mouse
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, customer focused attitude
The Role
