Internal sales

SUMMARY:
We are looking for an internal sales consultant, preferable someone who comes out of a manufacturing environment. Candidates must have experience dealing with measurements.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Maintain current client relationships and build on these relationships
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
• Understand company services and assist customers where needed
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
• Must be able to read measurements, must come from an industry where measurements are a key process in the industry/company.
• Quoting and invoicing
• Follow-up on leads
• Must be able to work in a team and with other departments

Requirements

• Must be able to read measurements, preferably come from a company/industry where measurements are a key element to services and products,
• Proven internal sales experience
• Strong phone presence and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
