SUMMARY:
Retail and Manufacturing company in Cape Town in the Food and Beverage Industry is looking to employ a Internal and External Sales Executive, you are responsible for sales and support of “Clients” customers, including new and existing customers. Maintain a thorough understanding of Clients offerings to grow the business, including all our products and services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a main point of contact for “Client’s” customers
Action customer requests including quoting, onboarding, product queries, orders and deliveries
Build and strengthen customer relationships for customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records, including sales, quotes, etc
Upsell, cross-sell and identify opportunities for “Client’s” growth
Develop a thorough understanding of “Client’s” products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Meet monthly sales targets for existing business and new sales
Other reasonable work as per Business requirements
Please note the above list is not comprehensive and staff may be requested to fulfil other tasks as assigned and if/when team members are out of office

REQUIREMENTS
Must have Matric
Treat all customers with respect and kindness
Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Matric or equivalent
Handle all stock with care and attention to detail
Represent the company well in all interactions, professionally and well-presented
