Internal Salesperson

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Retain and service clients in Engineering industry
Generate sales to existing customers and generate new sales to new customers
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts.
Working hand in hand with customer services, drafting & production to ensure on-time delivery.
Engineering background
Underground mining machinery background

Sales & Customer relations experience
Experience in sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and administration skills
Ability in problem-solving
