Our manufacturing client has a contract position available where you will be handling incoming orders, work with the estimating team and ensuring that clients have all details until orders are closed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Technically inclined with strong administration experience
Minimum 5 years experience dealing with customers
Proven language proficiency in both Afrikaans & English
Excellent communication and time management skills
Independent worker who can multi-task ensuring this role is fully taken care of
Ability to retain technical information as well as learn and grasp technical product knowledge
Problem solving, planning and organisational skills
DUTIES:
Answering incoming calls from customers dealing with product enquiries
Ensuring information required is taken down accurately via the telephone
Execute all administrative functions accurately required for this order
Communicate requirements to the estimation team
Ensure quotations are received back from them and are accurate
Send quotation through to client
Follow up telephonically with customers enquiring if there are any additional requirements or queries on the quotation
Any adjustments that are needed communicate back to the estimation department
Ensure the client has the final and accurate quotation
Ensure that the deal can be closed successfully
General office administration
Filing of documents and filing system maintenance
Coordinate, schedule and track client solutions or issues that occur
Maintain high level of discipline to accurately succeed in daily administrative tasks
Salary: R15 – R18000 ctc (Including benefits)
