Internal Sales and Administration Clerk

SUMMARY:

Our client, a company specialising in air conditioning is seeking a reliable Internal Sales and Administration Clerk to join their small team in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word); and
• 5-year experience within the air conditioning industry.

Main responsibilities:

• Understanding customer needs and requirements;
• Provide clerical support to managers and other employees;  
• Coordinate all daily administrative activities;
• Manage office equipment;
• Book meetings and events;
• Arrange travel; and
• Distribute mail.
