SUMMARY:
A leading manufacturing company based on the East Rand is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years’ experience

Computer Packages: Syspro and/or Pastel experience will be advantageous

Industry: Must have at least 2 years experience within the pump industry

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

Lead generation and new business development
Generating sales orders, quotations and invoicing
Submit stock requisition forms to allow for customer needs to be met
Follow up on quotations determining where possible reason and volume of rejected quotations
Sales orders to be initiated on and maintained accordingly on the system – ensuring all details are accurate at all times as communication with customer is maintained
Follow up on delivery and ensure orders are delivered as communicated
Follow up on overdue accounts
Facilitate new customer credit account opening and liaise closely with finance
Follow up on customer complaints
