SUMMARY:
A well-established company based on the West Rand is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years

Computer Packages: Microsoft Office Suite and Pastel will be advantageous

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited towards the following:

Lead generation and new business development
Generating sales orders, quotations and invoicing
Submit stock requisition forms to allow for customer needs to be met
Follow up on quotations determining where possible reason and volume of rejected quotations
Sales orders to be initiated on and maintained accordingly on the system
Follow up on delivery and ensure orders are delivered as communicated
Follow up on overdue accounts
Follow up on customer complaints
