SUMMARY:
Urgently looking for a well-spoken, self-motivate, proactive and customer focused Internal Sales Representative/Administrator. Must have a proven track record in Automation and connectivity (Fibre, Networks, IT services, Distribution). This individual will be expected to work closely with the Sales Department in order to assist them in promoting the business, achieving targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the sales administration.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Minimum 3 Years sales experience in an industrial automation or related industry.
Minimum qualification level: Diploma or N+ Course or Computer/IT/Networking background.
Background in IT sales advantageous.
Understanding of Industrial solution, industrial computing, serial connectivity, IP surveillance and remote Automation.
Ability and skills to work proactively and independently.
Knowledge of SAP software will be beneficial.
Sound working knowledge of MS Office and must be able to communicate professionally and effectively both online and verbally.
Excellent communication skills and command of the English Language.
Positive attitude and self-motivated.
Own car and valid driver’s license

Duties and responsibilities amongst others:

Assist the external sales reps with day-to-day sales enquiries.
Assist the sales team in order to promote business, achieve targets and provide excellent customer.
Provide support solutions and assistance towards the smooth running of sales, administration, preparation, and successfully achievement of targets.

Liaising with customers on a daily basis.
Following up on quotes on a weekly basis.
Attend shows and promotional campaigns to further promote and expand the customer and company’s customer base, supply, service, and support.
Data Capturing and updating the existing database.
Data Capturing into a CRM system
Research on new customers.
Making achievable sales targets.
Achieve weekly meeting target.
Achieve external call target.
Attend tender meetings.
