SUMMARY:
Durban North. Dynamic company specialising in printing, packaging and label solutions seeks well organised Internal Sales represenative with at least 5 years customer service / internal sales experience in the label, packaging, print or advertising industries.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers regarding their labels and packaging requirements and will facilitate the sales process from quotation to final delivery.

Follow up on quotations sent to customers.
Receive and process customers’ orders for production.
Convey customers’ changes to quotes or jobs to the internal person responsible for affecting these.
Liaise with the Repro Department i.c.w. customers’ artwork.
Expedite samples in preparation for presentation to customers.
Update customers with w.i.p. when required
Inform customers of any changes to delivery dates.
Assist customers with any delivery queries.
Confirm delivery dates for jobs with the Production Director and revert back to customers.
Liaise between the Accounts Department and Sales Representatives concerning any customer account queries or issues.

Requirements:

Matric
At least 5 years customer service / internal sales experience in the label, packaging, or advertising industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Ms Word and Excel
