SUMMARY:
Responsible for the attending to walking- in customers and assist them to meet their needs

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers and providing over the counter sales assistant.
• Understanding customers'' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers'' questions and queries.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.

Qualifications

·        Matric or equivalent

·        Computer literate

Experience

·        1 – 2 years sales experience

·        Must have tool and equipment experience

·        K8 System experience is required

Skills and Competencies

·        Good communication skills

·        Ability to count and calculate accurately

·        Sales acumen
