SUMMARY:
Do you have 1 - 2 years experience as a Sales Consultant / Administrator where you are a complete all-rounder in the office? Our client requires you fun and driven personality to join their successful sales team. This position is immediately available.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric & relevant experience plus own car ESSENTIAL

Very good communication skills

Working well with deadlines

Excellent administration and follow up skills

Positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile

DUTIES:

Wiring diagrams on Coral draw (Will provide training)

Invoicing and Quotes

Picking and pulling of stock

Check payments for COD customer before delivery

Stock control

Report low stock levels to management

Investigate if stock does not balance and report to management

Delivering of stock to clients

Arrange courier deliveries

Booking out samples to Reps and follow up with reps regarding sample stock

Ensure rep deliveries have PODs

General admin office work ( filing according to filing system, scanning, pods etc)

SALARY: R Negotiable depending on experience
