REQUIREMENTS:

Matric & relevant experience ESSENTIAL

Good time keeping skills with sound confident written and verbal communication skills

Assertive, friendly building sound relationships with customers and colleagues

Must be reliable and build relationships with clients and gain credibility

Good understanding and listening skills of client’s requirements

Positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile

DUTIES:

Dealing telephonically with clients for incoming orders

Taking enquiries and following up on queries from clients

Able to answer customers questions on all products offered

Closing of deals and following of all processes correctly for new orders

Compiling of quotations

Demonstrating advanced product knowledge for sales of products

Upselling of products with clients

Understand the client’s industry and environment in order to recommend the correct products for their needs

Working closely with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies

Thorough follow up service on all sales made

General administration duties pertaining to sales

SALARY: R10 000 Negotiable plus Commission
