A South African based 4PL Service Provider has a challenging yet exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Consultant to join their team!

POSITION INFO:

POSITION : INTERNAL SALES CONSULTANT
AREA : ROODEPOORT- WESTRAND
SALARY : R 15 000.00 - R 18 000.00 BASIC PER MONTH
INDUSTRY : LOGISTICS

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed Matric
Any relevant Tertiary qualifications
Minimum 4 Years Internal Sales Experience within a 4PL environment with strong Telesales / Cold Calling experience
Driver’s licence would be preferable
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Ability to Close deals
Fast thinker and learner
Bubbly and friendly personality yet maintain professionalism
Ability to build relationships
Strong electronic administrative skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. (Telesales) – therefore strong telephone presence and etiquette is required
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Close sales and achieve targets
Procurement
Warehousing
Research, identify potential clients and generate interest to expand database
