Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with existing and potential customers to promote and sell our products/services
Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Provide accurate product information and assist customers in selecting the best options to meet their needs
Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any customer issues
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in an internal sales or customer service role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
