SUMMARY:
Internal Sales Co - Ordinator / Assistant

POSITION INFO:

Roles and Responsibilities:

SALES

- Must be target driven. Able to achieve sales targets.

- Assist in driving sales in all aspect’s hands on- seasonal promotions- new products etc.

- Assist in new products Launches.

- Assist in promotional activity- campaigns etc.

- Pricing updates in line with company pricing. As per required by National Sales Manager.

ANALYSIS/ ASSISTANT/ CO- ORDINATOR

- Prepare monthly sales analysis reports for NSM.

- Run reward program- Assist sales reps with admin in respect of this.

- Assist Sales reps with promotion bookings etc. Co-ordinate execution etc.

- General task as per requirement of NSM and sales TEAM.

- Co – ordinate production of Point-of-sale items etc.

GENERAL

- Proficiency in all Microsoft products/ Excel most important. Prepare PowerPoint presentations etc.

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Must be able to work within a TEAM. Team player.

- Must be able to work on remote platforms such as Microsoft TEAMS – Zoom etc.
