SUMMARY:
Internal Sales Clerk required for company based in Alrode

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

Matric (with Mathematics peferrably)
MS Office

Requirements

2 Years experience in a similar role
Excellent Excel skills required
Knowledge of Syspro computer software will be an advantage
Ability to read mechanical technical drawings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid drivers license
Own reliable transport
Being able to work overtime when required

Duties

Compiling Excel costings for all customer enquiries received.
Compiling Syspro quotations for all customer enquiries received.
Checking material availability and off cuts before quoting customers.
Tracking of customer jobs with production and despatch and providing feedback to customers.
Customer invoicing and credit notes in Syspro.
General Internal Sales Administration and Filing duties (PODs).
Assisting in Reception should the Receptionist not be available.
