SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading supplier of all Office Consumables with branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban is looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to join their team in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

The main purpose of this position is meeting assigned sales and profit targets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Meeting assigned sales and profit targets by making sales
Capturing orders
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Liaising with Purchasing, Credit Control and Warehouse
Liaising extensively with clients
Confirming deadlines and following up
Maintenance and growth of existing client base
Cold calling
Prospecting to new and existing clients
Providing support and assistance to management and staff regarding processing of orders, completion of tenders etc.

Educational Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous

Experience and Skills Required:

Print/stationery experience preferable
Excellent communication skills
