Internal Sales Air Conditioning

POSITION INFO:

Internal Sales Representative - Refrigeration

Salary R16 000CTC – R18 500CTC plus Commission

Location: Randburg

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12 or equivalent
Minimum 3 years Sales Administrative experience
Analytic and systematic
Knowledge of sales figures in order to determine mark-up, GP, cost etc.
Computer literacy -
Cooling or Refrigeration background
Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and perform duties with minimal supervision

Ability to communicate, understand, read and write English (essential)
Must be punctual (essential)

DUTIES

Main duties will include, but not limited to the following operations

Customer liaison in order to determine customer needs
Liaison with Product Managers, Technicians, Procurement, Stores and Buying Department
Assist Sales team leaders / reps where applicable
Processing of sales transactions for quotations, order acknowledgements, requisitions and dispatch notes
Expediting / maintenance of backorders
Compile and maintain Excel and Word documentation
