SUMMARY:
A well-established Chemical Raw Material company supplying the Manufacturing Industry requires the above to assist the Sales Team liaising with Key Accounts and Internal staff to ensure that Clients are provided with the correct Raw Materials on time for their Manufacturing Markets.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Previous experience having worked in an Internal Sales Administrator role ideally supply raw materials or related products to the Manufacturing industry is essential.
Previous experience having worked on SAP or a related ERP system is preferred.
Must have basic Excel experience.
The successful candidate must have good people skills as they will be liaising with customers at all levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Manage and interact with Senior Key Account Customers within the Food Manufacturing Industry.
Maintain and build strong relationships with Customers and get to understand their business.
Process invoices, orders, quotes and track delivery of products.
Liaise with the Warehouse regarding delivery of Raw Material to clients, as well as ensuring all deliveries are correctly signed for and received into the Warehouse and are accurately checked against corresponding delivery notes.
Liaise with Logistics Manager to ensure all shortages and damages are reported within a stipulated time limit.
Compile quotations, price notification letters, invoices, credit notes etc when required to do so.
