SUMMARY:
A leading supplier/manufacturer within the electro-mechanical engineering industry based in Silverton, Pretoria requires the above to assist with internal sales.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

3 -5 Years previous internal sales experience.
Presentable and well-spoken in Afrikaans and English.
Minimum Matric.
Experience in Electrical/Cable Management sales advantageous.
Have a good technical aptitude.
Computer literacy is essential with a good working knowledge of Sage and Excel.
Customer services experience is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Assisting with quotations and tenders.
Capturing of orders on system.
Managing of back-order releases.
Handling of goods return for credit.
Printing of picking tickets/delivery notes.
Handling the closing of a sale.
Controlling of cash sales.
Communicating ideas for improvement.
Communicating customer complaints and do follow ups.
