SUMMARY:
Internal Sales Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Motivated and well-spoken internal sales administrator required to join friendly established team! Work from Westville based offices in KZN.Be responsible for, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, processing customer’s orders, following up on deliveries and ensuring a smooth sales process.

  • Processing sales orders via Syspro.
  • Taking orders from customers telephonically.
  • Taking orders from Sales Representatives for customers.
  • Communication with Sales Representatives
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to customers’ and following up on deliveries.
  • Answering potential customers'' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Filing necessary documents.
  • Invoicing customers monthly.
  • Validating payments for COD customers.
  • Following procedures for deliveries and order processing.
    • Requirements: Min 3 years experience internal sales admin.
    • Matric certificate.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Syspro would be an advantage not essential.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
    • Excellent phone skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
