POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
Valid Driver’s License and Own Vehicle
MS Office, Excel (Advanced) Email communication and WhatsApp
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven experience in sales support and administrative functions
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations
Collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Manage the coordination of quotes, bookings, and follow-up communications
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Monitor and track leads and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and no missed prospects
Provide administrative, scheduling, and pipeline management support to the sales and operations teams
Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations to ensure the seamless delivery of services
