We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in internal sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
This role suits a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, client inquiries, and administrative tasks.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information and the best possible solutions.
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare and follow up on quotations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Order Management: Process customer orders, monitor progress, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• CRM Maintenance: Keep customer and sales activity data up to date in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions and exceed sales targets.
• Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
• Market & Client Research: Research new projects and clients in relevant industries, gather key information, and schedule meetings for Business Development Managers.

• Minimum 5 years in internal sales (preferably B2B).

• Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) — intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with CRM software and ERP systems (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams preferred.

• Solid understanding of sales and financial principles (GP, margin, debit, credit, cost of sales, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
