Internal Sales position based in Midrand

POSITION INFO:

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join a leading company based in Midrand

Duties & Responsibilities

Activities

Assisting Walk in clients in the showroom
Invoicing – Pastel Evolution
Assisting with online queries
Invoicing Website Sales – Pastel Evolution
Managing of existing customer base
Assist sales staff with invoicing – Pastel Evolution
General Office Admin
Knowledge of stock

Requirements

Presentable individual
Pastel Accounting a must (Pastel Evolution Advantageous)
- Invoicing
- GRV
- Stock Checking
- Basic customer queries
- Adding of new customers
Well Spoken
Excel a must
Computer Literate on MS Office

Package

R 11 000.00 to R 15 000.00 CTC depending on experience
5% commission structure on own deals, EXCL Website sales
