POSITION INFO:

Internal Sales

One of our clients based in Epping 1, is looking for a strong Internal Sales person to join their team. You need to have experiences working either in a Hardware, Paint or Chemical Industry.

Sales Order Processing

Working as part of a focused and successful sales team, to exceed sales targets and KPI''s set out in the business''s objectives.

· To provide internal commercial support to the field sales team to ensure our customer''s

expectations are met and service levels exceeded.

Key responsibilities

· Answering incoming calls and respond to customers'' emails

· Build strong relationships with customers

· Support sales reps and place orders on the system (Pastel)

· Provide product and service information to customers

· Identify and escalate issues to supervisors/team leaders

· Prepare quotes

· Proactively follow up quotations to determine the status of the proposal''s and

· convert opportunities to orders

· Liaise with production regarding stock levels

· Process orders and applications

· Process sales orders, POD''s, delivery notes and invoices on Pastel;

· Ensure delivery notes, customer orders and general office files are filed timeously;

· Send out debtors statements monthly and follow up on outstanding debtors

· Customer service - handling customer queries

· Follow up on customers'' calls where necessary

· Upsell products

· Assist walk in COD customers
