Matric (With Core Mathematics)
ERP System Certificate or experience

Requirements

2 - 5 Years' experience in an internal sales administrative role
Competent with MS Office and an ERP system
Experience on Syspro would be beneficial

Duties

Compile reports, spreadsheets and data management for customer base
Provide support to the entire sales department
Checking accuracy of purchase orders and processing of orders
Compiling of costings and quotes to customers
Checking material availability before quoting
Assistance with the processing of tenders
Working on customer portals to monitor customer requests for quote, submitting quotes, receiving orders, submitting invoices
Attend sales conferences offsite with possible travel for these events
