SUMMARY:
Epping, Cape Town. Established company within the Manufacturing industry seeks meticulous, dynamic Internal Sales Administrator and order processor to join their small, close-knit team.

POSITION INFO:

Will suit someone who has solid experience in sales order processing, dealing with customers, and following up with production on orders. Experience working on Pastel is highly beneficial, however, Syspro or SAP experience will suffice.
Answer incoming calls, assist walk-in customers, and respond to customer emails timeously. Build strong, solid relationships with customers and provide them with relevant information, handle customer queries efficiently, and follow up on customer calls.
Provide support to Sales Reps and place orders on Pastel. Proactively follow up on quotations to determine the status of the proposal and convert opportunities into orders.
Prepare quotations, process orders and applications, process sales orders, POD’s, delivery notes and invoices.
Liaise with production regarding stock levels. Send out debtors statements monthly and follow up on outstanding debtors.
