SUMMARY:
Internal Retail Sales Assistant required by a stable and established manufacturer and retailer in Zonnebloem, Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3+ years internal sales experience
3+ years customer service experience
3+ years retail / shop floor experience (preferably in the leather industry)

DUTIES:

Proactively meet, greet and assist walk in clients
Take phone in orders
Create a retail client list and grow the client base
Maintain and grow individual and retail portfolio
Achieve turnover budget
Ensure stock availability and source alternatives
Ensure stock is always packed neat and merchandise products
Conduct stock takes on request
Keep work station neat and tidy

Clear credit record is essential
