SUMMARY:
Advtech Resourcing is a JSE listed company that is a market leader in the niched recruitment sector, and we are offering a paid Internal Recruitment learnership opportunity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will undergo a training course for two weeks thereafter you will be based in a training branch where you will have the advantage of having a training team to help, guide and coach you on the job

You will be trained on the following key aspects of the job:

Composing adverts

Response handling CV’s

Screening candidates

Sourcing candidates via various platforms

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through initiative-taking, market research, and ongoing networking in order to reach the demands of our growing business

Build positive relationships with internal leadership to better understand resourcing needs per team

Qualification:

Grade 12

Diploma or bachelor’s degree (highly advantageous)

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year working experience
