The Internal Recruiter / Resourcer plays a key role in supporting the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to coordination and candidate management. The role ensures a seamless, efficient, and professional recruitment process that aligns with company and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, company databases, and networking channels.
- Conduct initial CV screening and assess candidate suitability against job specifications.
- Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
Candidate Management- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to pre-qualify candidates.
- Prepare professional candidate CVs and shortlist profiles for client submissions.
- Conduct reference checks when required.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism.
Collaboration & Support- Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client needs and priorities.
- Support internal hiring initiatives as required.
- Liaise with the marketing team to assist with recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
Compliance & Ethics - Ensure full adherence to POPIA, EE, and B-BBEE regulations in all recruitment activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of both candidate and client information.
- Uphold high ethical standards and represent the organisation professionally at all times.
Role RequirementsQualifications- Matric (Grade 12) essential.
Experience- 1–3 years’ experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (agency or in-house).
- Experience using job portals such as PNet, CareerJunction, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.
Skills & Competencies- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player.
- Understanding of South African labour and employment legislation.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (due to client base).
