JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric
HR Qualification an advantage
Excellent Computer Literacy
Experience gained at a Recruitment Agency a great advantage
Good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Must reside within the Nelson Mandela Metro

As a Successful Internal Recruiter/Resourcer, you should be:

Goal Orientated
Be able to meet deadlines
Have excellent communication skills
Have the ability to work independently
Be aware of industry trends
Have good networking skills
Have excellent people skills

The position requires:

Servicing existing clients
Providing of support to the Recruitment Consultants
Sourcing suitable candidates and matching to clients specs
Interviewing
Typing of CV's
Reference checking
Communicating with candidates
Marketing support
Admin
Ability to work unsupervised
Self-motivation
