Internal Recruiter

Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, including advertising, talent pool building and talent pool maintaining, sourcing, candidate screening, legal compliance, and reporting.

Key Performance Areas:

• Deliver on minimum requirements set out by the key stakeholders of the business.
• Source suitable quality candidates by using relevant job portals, referrals, headhunting etc.
  for positions required.
• Planning, communication, and implementation of recruitment projects.
•  Engage with stakeholder to understand and support them with their relevant recruitment
  needs.
• Verify that all recruitment documents are in order and meets the company’s compliance and governance standards.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic understanding of the HR value chain
• Have general knowledge regarding FAIS requirements, this includes Debarment, DOFA and Fit and Proper requirements
• Attention to detail, accuracy in the duties performed
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Have the ability to plan ahead.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Listening Skills.
